A Dedication

It occurred to me recently that most of my friends are writers or creative types. I always considered myself creative and someone who could write but never took up the challenge of writing on a regular basis. My friend Buffy came to our apartment in April and convinced me to join MySpace again so I could read her blog, which I really do enjoy www.myspace.com/albinocockroach/blog

She doesn't know this yet, but she inspired me to look past my day-to-day work life and explore my own thoughts and musings and probably post more poetry than she cares to read. Sorry First, I'm a poet ... get over it!

Regardless, I want to dedicate my blog to the Albino Cockroach and her unwavering optimism and love for the word. You've inspired me to look again for my voice and share it; thanks Buff!
